ApexRMS is helping to create a climate-driven, property-specific wildfire risk model for the U.S. The initiative is being led by First Street Foundation, a non-profit research and technology group, to give property owners better insight into their home’s risk from wildfire over the next 30 years. ApexRMS data scientists and modelers are using the ST-Sim package for SyncroSim to simulate vegetation and fuel load response to a range of climate factors.
